The ever-popular Palafox Market is once again offering a special Wednesday evening Holiday Edition for the holidays.

 For the second time in its history, the year-round Saturday market will add Wednesday evenings from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. into the schedule. The Palafox Market Holiday Edition dates are Nov. 8, 15, 22 and 29, and Dec. 6, 13 and 20. 

 

This special holiday event will be held at Plaza Ferdinand at the corner of Government and Palafox.

 

Palafox Market manager Cailin Feagles says more than 50 vendors have signed up for the Wednesday holiday market.
  

Live music will add to the festivities, she adds, and the Grinch is scheduled to make special appearances. Streetlights, holiday lights decorating the trees and lighting provided by the vendors will illuminate the market site during the dark evening hours.
