A selection from America's top up & coming winemakers + 2019's most exciting food trends will be on full display when Skopelos at New World and Southern Glazer Wine & Spirits host the WHAT'S NEXT 6-Course Wine Dinner on Thursday, February 21st. Chef Gus Silivos and Chef Takara Hein have hand-selected wines from Intrinsic, Fortress, Willakenzie, and Edmeades, while creating a paired dinner menu featuring the year's most exciting food trends such as unusual seafood, underutilized meats, plant-based proteins, tableside desserts, adaptogenic herbs, and more. Representatives from Southern Glazer will co-host the event to share what's next in the world of wine and these west coast winemakers creating a buzz.
