In 1933, a few young Canadian women set out to prove that “girls can play hockey too." To create a path to glory, with the help of a reluctant coach, they persevere through the Great Depression, people’s expectations of a woman’s place in society, and the knowledge that WWII is looming ahead. Told with Electro Jazz music, GLORY unfolds to reveal the fortitude and passion of these young women. To date, they have the highest percentage of wins by a women’s ice hockey team.
