When you park at a teal sign, your parking dollars go right back into the local community—for better lighting, enhanced security, cleaning, repairs and other improvements to your downtown parking district. It's our mission to make your parking experience as seamless and cost-effective as possible. After all, we live, work and play here too!
Check the map to find free, two-hour DIB parking available daily throughout downtown. Enjoy free on-street parking after 7pm Mon-Sat. And all DIB parking is free on Sundays—including the Jefferson St. Garage!
Download the Passport Parking app to securely pay for parking with your debit or credit card and extend your session on the go.
TIP: Set up your profile in advance and you’re ready to park and play!
Look for DIB pay stations with the teal signs to park at DIB-managed lots, on-street parking and the Jefferson Street Garage.
REMEMBER: Have your tag number handy before paying.
You can still use a parking meter at any DIB-managed parking space!

DIB parking ambassadors strive to ensure that free parking is readily available for everyone and not monopolized, that handicapped parking is accessible and never blocked or misused, and that the downtown parking district is safe and welcoming to all visitors all the time, through the enforcement of parking laws and ordinances put into place by local, state and national government. When you have a question or need assistance, they are ready and willing to help!
