Celebrate Mother’s Day at Atlas Oyster House

Atlas Oyster House will be open for brunch service on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12, 2024 from 11:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, sushi, oysters, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Crab Monte Cristo, Crustless Quiche, Grillades & Grits, and our Crispy Chicken Biscuit Benedict. In addition, to our full brunch menu, Chef Jason Hughes will be offering two special features to celebrate the occasion: crispy truffle fries tossed with pecorino Romano cheese and white truffle oil, topped with black garlic aioli; and lobster quiche featuring Maine lobster, Gruyère and brie cheese, caramelized shallots, exotic mushrooms, garlic confit, fresh basil, and silky eggs baked in a flaky hand-made crust, served with a mixed greens salad with herb-balsamic vinaigrette.
