The Downtown Improvement Board has named Cailin Feagles Director of Operations and Events.

Feagles, on the job since early January, will oversee the popular Palafox Market along with managing many other special events and holiday activities hosted by the DIB.  
 

It was Feagles’ experience as the former event director of Studer Family of Companies, including event activities at Pensacola Blue Wahoos Stadium, that made her selection an easy one, says Walker Wilson, DIB’s executive director.
 

“With her experience at Studer and her reputation with that company, along with her years of experience planning weddings and having to create and manage budgets on her own, we saw her as natural fit, a no-brainer,” says Wilson.
 

In addition to managing Palafox Market and other seasonal events, Feagles' duties also will involve preparing and managing DIB financials.
 

Feagles is a 2020 graduate of the University of West Florida and has lived in Pensacola for the past 15 years.

She is returning to UWF this year to begin working toward a Master of Business Administration degree.
