Appealing a parking citation used to be a complex process – that’s why the DIB recently implemented an online ticket appeal system. 

Visit www.parkingticketpayment.com/pensacola and click the option “I would like to appeal my parking ticket,” then enter your ticket number to get started. 

Alternatively, you can still appeal a ticket by mail by completing all the information on the back side of the ticket and providing a brief explanation before mailing the ticket to: DPMD, PO Box 12332, Pensacola, FL 32591. 

Keep in mind that tickets may be appealed for up to 15 days from the original ticket date. Ticket holders have 15 days to submit an online appeal—or postmark a mailed appeal—or the appeal will be automatically denied. If your appeal is denied, an administrative fee of $15 will be automatically added to the original ticket amount.
