Parking Permits:
All permit renewals have been placed on hold through to Thursday, April 30 for the convenience of permit holders and to ensure that account information is maintained in the system. If a permit holder is continuing to use their permit, they will continue to be charged. However, if they do not need their permit and have been charged through auto-renewal, they can contact: elizabeths@downtownpensacola.com so a refund can be issued. Permit renewals will be re-evaluated at the end of April and will extend further if needed.
Vehicle Registration Hold:
If there is a hold on your vehicle registration due to outstanding parking citations, you can pay online here. This information is reported to the DMV on a weekly basis and it can take the DMV 7-10 business days to update their records. If you have any questions, please reach out to parking@downtownpensacola.com.
