On Wednesday, November 8th, the Downtown Improvement Board's annual holiday lighting ceremony will kick-off the First City Lights Festival in Downtown Pensacola. 

Join your friends at the shops on Palafox to enjoy the magic when Santa will officially turn on the lights!

All day and into the evening, Downtown Pensacola will be kicking off the holidays, so make plans now:

3:30pm
Meet and Greet with Santa 
Pensacola Museum of History (Line closes promptly at :45pm)

5:00pm
Santa Turns on the Lights and then Rides Down Palafox

5:15pm
Launch of the 7th Annual Holiday Haul on Palafox (5-8pm)

Throughout the holiday season you'll experience music, shopping, food, art and nightlife under a canopy of white lights illuminating downtown Pensacola's historic buildings, parks, shops, galleries and outdoor spaces. Navigate the eclectic district, voted “Florida’s Greatest Place" and you'll chance upon live street performances, caroling in the streets, Santa posing for photos and Winterfest Trolley Tours.
