Palafox Market is open every Saturday from 9am to 2pm, rain or shine, with one exception: the weekend of the annual Grand Mardi Gras Parade.

Parking
Plenty of free parking on-street (2-hour limit) and metered parking in the N. Palafox lot, located on the corner of Palafox and Gregory Streets (right across the street from Palafox Market North).
